Precautions

Your security is essential. When making your reservation, please let us know any special needs or problems you may have.

Drinking alcohol is not recommended before, during and immediately after your spa treatment.

The thermal experience is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with heart or respiratory problems or for persons suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes. If you have to follow medical recommendations, suffer from allergies or other physical ailments likely to influence the treatment you chose, it is advisable to obtain a medical opinion.

We decline any responsibility concerning valuable objects deposited or forgotten in the Spa’s lockers.

The minimum age required for access to the thermal station / center is 16.

Prices may change during the holiday season or special holidays or during spring break week. Inquire when booking.

All prices indicated do not include tax and are in Canadian dollars.

In order to respect the quietness of our establishment, please switch off your cellphones and speak at a low voice.

Spa Escale Santé collects certain information through log files and cookies. This is mainly the following information:

IP address
Operating system
Visited pages and applications
Time and date of connection
Digital ads (“remarketing” type)
Spa Escale Santé undertakes to not sell the personal information it collects.

Reservations

Reservations can be made by telephone or directely at the spa.

All treatments, packages and access to the nordic baths need a reservation.

If ever you want to modify or cancel your appointment, please advise us at least 48 hours in advance, if not, 100% of the reserved fees will be charged on your credit card or your gift card will be cancelled. (Please get informed while reserving). For all group reservations, a 7 days notice can be required. Your credit card or gift card number will be necessary to make an appointment.

It is deeply recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation. A late arrival reduces the length of your treatement, by politeness towards the following person, your treatement will finish at the envisaged time. The total amount will be charged anyway.

Bring along everything you need for your visit: bathing suit, sandals and personal items.

Bathrobes, towels and lockers are available on site.

Spring water, smoothies, tea/herbal tea, apples, dried fruit, shower gel, and shampoo and conditioner are also provided free of charge.

Free Reserved Parking!
To make your time with us even more relaxing, we offer free reserved parking spaces adjacent to the Spa. Use our reserved spaces marked with a “Réservé Spa Escale Santé” sign. What’s more, a large parking lot located mere steps from the Spa is available for only $2.

Gift card

This package is non refundable.

Package treatments can not be separated. Must be used before the specified date, otherwise you will have to pay the difference between the purchase amount and the increased cost. Not valid on holidays and special celebrations. For a reservation cancellation, within 48 hours before the time and date of the appointment is required, otherwise your package will no longer be valid.

A lost, stolen or damaged gift card can not be replaced. This gift card is the property of Spa Escale Santé. In case of divergence of interpretation of the package, the digital version prevails. Certain conditions apply. Contact Spa Escale Santé for details.

Pass Card

Non-refundable. Non-negotiable. Non-transferable. The pass is not a gift card. The pass must be used before the date shown, otherwise the pass expires without compensation. Not valid on holidays or during special celebrations. Cancellations must be made 48 hours ahead of the appointment; otherwise, the pass will no longer be valid. Stolen or damaged passes will not be replaced. This pass is the property of SPA Escale Santé. Certain conditions apply. Contact SPA Escale Santé to learn more.

Coupons

Wayspa coupons are applied for regular price treatments only. Not applicable on the purchase of package or promotion.
